Hello! As a former chef turned certified pilates instructor and integrative health coach, I find nothing more fulfilling than engaging with clients to help nurture a more balanced and well-rounded version of their physical, mental, and spiritual health. After desperately searching for a solution to chronic back pain from a debilitating accident years ago, and trying several forms of physical therapy without much success, I was encouraged to try Pilates. The practice had a life-changing impact on my recovery; the most rewarding part of instructing is seeing that journey come full circle. I love working with clients to create and reach realistic goals, just as I had years ago when I began this journey. ☙ If you're looking to get the most potential out of your personal reformer, or you have access to one but the thought of getting on a reformer is intimidating, I travel to you for private lessons (both mat and reformer). ☙ I tailor lessons based on the needs and familiarity level of each client and work diligently to build skill level up. ☙ Rates start at $50/hr with the purchase of a bundle (includes complimentary health coaching session).
